Hi, I'm Kristina. I am an evolving designer, business owner and backyard film curator.
Originally from Minnesota, I moved to the Bay Area after college for some sunshine and thrills. After six years working in non-profit admin, I left my job in hopes of finding more creative work. 2009 wasn't the greatest time to be starting a new career path, and therefore much of that sought after creativity was found not only by immersing myself in Adobe products, but also through the many ways in which I found and created work for myself. By 2011, I started screenprinting my own line of kitchen towels, napkins and kids apparel and selling them through my business, Tina Produce. Beyond my wildest dreams, Anthropologie picked up four of my first five textile designs for their summer 2013 inventory. This experience gave me various small business and craft/handmade industry knowledge, but with all the admin it takes to run a business, I eventually found myself seeking more creative work opportunities again. So in the last few years, I've worked as a production artist at Minted as well as a designer/curator at Snapfish + CVS Photo. When I'm not busy working 9-5 or slinging home decor, I love curating classic (mostly 80's) films alongside the fire pit of my beautiful Oakland backyard.
